What are SwetWipes made from:
Each large, thick, biodegradable SwetWipe is made from plant-fibres (cellulose) and is similar in size to a piece of A4 paper. Because they are made from Plant Fibres, they can be buried, composted or thrown in the bin.
Can I flush SwetWipes down the toilet?
No, SwetWipes are not flushable. Please put them in the bin, compost bin or bury them.
How many are in a pack?
There are 12 extra-large wipes in each pack.
What are the antibacterial ingredients and are they safe for skin?
SwetWipes contain Chlorhexidine Digluconate (commonly found in Savlon and Corsodyl Mouthwash) and Benzalkonium Chloride. Both are at a low enough level to avoid irritation, but active enough to neutralise the bacterial responsible for body odour.
Can I use SwetWipes all over?
You can use SwetWipes on most areas of your body (externally) but you must avoid your face and particularly your eyes to avoid irritation. If you do get the product in your eyes, rinse thoroughly for several minutes with clean water and seek medical attention if irritation persists
Are SwetWipes Scented?
Yes, they have a very light Coconut fragrance which is suitable for both men and women. We will be launching an unscented wipe later in the year.
Can't I just use baby wipes?
Yes of course you can! However our customers have told us that they much prefer SwetWipes because our wipes:
- Are larger and wetter enabling you to clean your whole body with one wipe
- Contain active ingredients to remove the body odour and a light fragrance to leave you smelling shower-fresh
- Are much thicker and therefore do not tear
- Do not contain plastic. (Most regular baby wipes contain plastic and will take over 100 years to degrade)
Do you do samples?
Unfortunately not at this time. If you would like to try a packet, please go ahead and order and you are welcome to return them if you are not happy for a full refund. We have sold over 15,000 packs and have a return rate of less than 0.1%!
My item hasn't arrived what should I do?
Please allow 4-5 working days for standard delivery (although normally it is much quicker than that) If your item is still not with you, please check that a neighbour or family member has not taken them in for you. The next step is to contact your Royal Mail delivery office to find out whether they are holding your item for you. Royal Mail will normally leave a 'Sorry we missed you' card. Please don't worry. All our items are tracked, so once we have discovered that an item hasn't arrived, we can find out where it is in the system for you or post you another one out if it has been lost.
I've come out in a rash, what should I do?
If you come out in a rash, have itchy skin, or experience any swelling after using SwetWipes, please wash the area with soap and water and discontinue use. Please seek medical advice as you may have an allergy. If medical advice is needed, please take the packet with you.
